Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 July 2026
These terms are a professionally written starting point for Bloomings. Please have them reviewed by a qualified adviser and adapt them to your company’s exact legal details before relying on them.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bloomings website at bloomings.online and any enquiries, quotes or business you conduct with Bloomings (“Bloomings”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Who we are and what we do
Bloomings is a business-to-business partner for international flower sourcing and logistics. We connect premium growers with professional buyers and coordinate the supply chain from farm to destination. We are not a retail florist and do not sell to consumers.
3. Trade customers only
Our services are intended solely for trade buyers such as wholesalers, importers, florists and distributors. By enquiring, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business.
4. Enquiries and quotes
Information on this website, including product ranges and descriptions, is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Availability, specifications and pricing are confirmed individually. Any quote we provide is valid only for the period and on the terms stated in that quote.
5. Orders
An order is accepted only once we confirm it to you in writing. We may decline or limit any order at our discretion, for example where product is unavailable. Order details, volumes, specifications and delivery arrangements are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are agreed per order and, unless stated otherwise, exclude taxes, duties and transport charges where applicable. Payment terms are set out in the relevant quote or agreement and must be met in full.
7. Nature of the product
Flowers and plants are natural, perishable products. Slight variations in colour, size, stem length and appearance are normal and are not defects. Availability is seasonal and subject to growing conditions beyond our control.
8. Delivery, freshness and risk
We coordinate handling and cold-chain logistics to protect freshness in transit. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates given in good faith and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, customs and carrier performance. Responsibility for the goods passes as set out in the agreed delivery terms for each order. Any issue with an order should be reported to us promptly on arrival so we can help resolve it.
9. Use of this website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in any way that could damage it or impair its availability to others.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos and the Bloomings name — is owned by or licensed to Bloomings and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloomings is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or business, arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Bloomings is established, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website means you accept the current version.
